If you have something you’d like to say to the Poptropica Help Team (such as questions or concerns), you may contact us using the following methods, listed below. Here you can find out how to send us information and news to us directly. Any new information sent to us will always be accredited for in our posts.

Please note that we are NOT the official Poptropica Creators. We are Poptropica game players like you, so do not send us impossible requests, spam, or questions that we obviously would not be able to answer.

Before asking us any questions, first take a look at the FAQs to see if your question has already been answered there. Using the ‘Search’ widget on the right sidebar is also very helpful for finding information here.

Blog Commenting
You can submit a comment on any post or page on this blog for us to read. Please make sure to read the rules on commenting, in this case especially about putting your message in the right category. If necessary, we will make a response to your comment by either typing in bold text just below your words, or making a ‘reply’ comment under yours. Please keep in mind that any comments you make are viewed by the public as well.

Chat
We have an active online live chatroom community at the Poptropica Help Chat, or PHC for short. If you want to say something, all you have to do is type, and someone online (some of which may be moderators or owners of the PHC) can respond to you. You can chat about anything in general, as long as everything you say is appropriate.

Email
Our email address is poptropicahelpblog@gmail.com, so you may send us a message using email and we will reply it as helpfully as possible. We will not share or sell your email address to anyone else. If you use Gmail and you catch us online, we might be able to have a live chat with you. Please don’t spam our email inbox with junk, and remember to be respectful.

Poptropica Help Forum
You may send a PM (Private Message) to any of the moderators and/or the administrator of our Poptropica Help Forum requesting for help. Additionally, you can create a new topic in the ‘Poptropica Help Request Center’ section, and some members of the forum will probably swing by and assist you as needed. To do all this, you must register for an account there.

YouTube
For those who have YouTube.com accounts, our username is MyPoptropicaHelp, and you can click here to view our channel. We usually accept any friend invitations, unless you send us spam or try to share inappropriate content with us. From there, you can comment on our channel page (which is public, meaning anyone can see it) or send us a PM (Private Message).
